We are currently seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Service Coordinatorto join our growing team. Coordinate and manage incoming service requests from commercial clients across Canada. Create and manage work orders, ensuring all job details, scope, and client requirements are accurately met and documented. Communicate proactively with client representatives, store personnel,



and facility managers to provide updates and ensure customer satisfaction.

Review vendor invoices against completed work orders and process them for approval. Source, qualify, and onboard new vendors across Canada to support national service coverage. Escalate urgent service issues and help coordinate emergency response when required.

Minimum 2 years of experience in a Service Coordinator, Dispatch, Facilities Management, Property Management, or Customer Service role. Exceptional customer service and problem-solving abilities. Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).

Experience using client software such as ServiceChannel, Corrigo, Lessen, or similar platforms is considered a strong asset. High school diploma or equivalent required.
