Coordinator, under the Controller's direction, is key to organizing membership processes and effectively managing member records. You will facilitate onboarding and enhance member relations, crucial to retain and support club membership. Key Responsibilities:

- Prepare detailed member reports for analysis
- Administer renewals, applications, and status updates
- Create and balance reports on membership activity
- Respond to member questions and concerns
- Manage membership billing cycles and follow-ups Requirements:
- Relevant post-secondary education required
- Experience with Jonas Club Management is advantageous
