What you'll do:
- Night Audit:Complete end-of-day activities including posting charges to accounts, running night audit reports, and preparing daily revenue reports.
- Guest Services:Provide exceptional customer service to guests during the overnight hours, handling check-ins, check-outs, and inquiries.
- Safety & Security:Ensure the safety and security of guests and the property during the night shift.
What we're looking for:
- Experience:Previous experience in hotel operations or night audit is preferred.
- Attention to Detail:Ability to accurately perform night audit functions and maintain records.
- Communication Skills:Excellent communication skills to interact with guests and team members effectively.
