Healthcare Security Guard (Full Time or Part Time) Pay Rate

: $18.35 - $22.61/hour Locations

Opportunities for training and professional development Market-competitive salary and benefits package Work today, get paid today - DailyPayavailable Free Uniforms Security license reimbursement Dry cleaning & hemming/tailoring allowance : Conduct proactive and reactive security patrols of interior and exterior areas, including in inclement weather Respond to emergency, medical, and fire incidents while remaining calm and professional Perform Patient Watch, investigate routine incidents, and enforce parking, smoking, and site by-laws Maintain accurate reports and notes for incidents and end-of-shift documentation Apply advanced de-escalation skills and enforce site policies, rules, and regulations Work independently or as part of a team to complete assigned tasks and support site operations Present a professional presence, uphold client and company expectations, and perform additional duties as assigned Qualifications: Authorized to legally work in Canada Valid Security License for the province of Ontario Valid First Aid & CPR - Level C Certificate (from a WSIB-approved provider) Ability to clear a Vulnerable Sector Check (during onboarding) +6 months of customer service experience is preferred.

Please be aware: The MOAB/UoF training is not paid as it is a pre-requisite,



however Paladin will cover all of the costs of the training with a 6 month commitment to the position/availability The MOAB/UoF training is held in person at the designated branch.
