Position Overview The Non-Acute Territory Manager drives sustainable sales growth, profitability, and account development within Alberta by promoting and selling the Company's products and services to existing and prospective customers.

This role focuses on non-acute healthcare environments, including:

- Surgical Centres
- Family Health Teams and Primary Care Networks
- Physician Clinics
- Walk-in Clinics
- Specialty Clinics
- Ambulatory Care Centres
- Independent Health Facilities
- Community Healthcare Providers
- Occupational Health Clinics
- Outpatient Treatment Centres

Success in this role requires strong relationship-building skills, strategic account management, new business development, and the ability to influence healthcare professionals and clinic decision-makers.

Key Responsibilities

Under the direction of the Sales Manager or designate, responsibilities include but are not limited to:

- Promote, sell, and secure orders from existing and prospective customers using a consultative and relationship-based sales approach.
- Develop and execute territory business plans focused on growing market share within primary care, clinic, and surgical centre accounts.
- Identify, target, and convert competitive accounts currently purchasing from alternative suppliers.
- Manage and expand relationships within accounts currently serviced by CB Medical.
- Prospect for new business through cold calling, networking, referrals, industry events, and direct customer engagement.
- Conduct regular customer visits, product demonstrations, evaluations,



and in-service training sessions.
- Collaborate with vendor partners on joint sales calls and business development initiatives.
- Develop quotations, proposals, contract opportunities, and value-based solutions for customers.
- Analyze territory sales data, customer buying patterns, and market trends to identify growth opportunities.
- Coordinate activities with Customer Service, Contracts, Quotations, Marketing, Operations, Finance, and Sales Leadership to ensure a superior customer experience.
- Maintain a strong understanding of products, competitive offerings, market conditions, healthcare trends, and reimbursement models.
- Actively manage sales opportunities through CRM and maintain an accurate sales pipeline.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, educational events, and customer meetings as required.
- Achieve and exceed sales, gross margin, and growth targets established for the territory.

Qualifications

- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Healthcare, Commerce, or related field preferred.
- Minimum 3-5 years of successful healthcare sales experience.
- Experience calling on: Surgical Centres, Primary Care Networks Physician Offices, Community Clinics and Independent Facilities
- Knowledge of the Alberta healthcare market is considered a strong asset.
- Proven ability to prospect and develop new business opportunities.
- Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.
- Experience with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.
- Valid driver's license and ability to travel extensively throughout Alberta.
- Passport and ability to travel within Canada as required.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
