Roustan Sports, a division of True Sports ULC, is hiring an Office & Online Order Administrator to support the Roustan Sports and Grey Owl Paddles business located in Brantford, ON.

Position Summary The Office & Online Order Administrator is responsible for managing daily office operations, administrative procedures, data entry, and supporting online orders for our business.

Key Responsibilities

- Data Entry & Office Administration
- Scheduling DOC’s, Shipping, Invoicing and entering sales estimates into QuickBooks
- Inventory control for Stix.com
- Managing Shopify orders & shipping
- Customer Service support for Grey Owl Paddles

Qualifications & Skills

Required

- Excellent data entry, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external customers.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Outlook, and Word.

Preferred

- Experience in the sporting goods, hockey, retail, or consumer products industry.
- QuickBooks
- SPS knowledge
- Experience using Zendesk or other customer service ticketing systems.

This position is on site in Brantford, ON
