About the Role

We are seeking an experienced OpenText Premium Support IDM Consultant to provide onsite administration and configuration support for OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Management solutions. This is a task-based engagement requiring an independent consultant who can deliver high-quality work with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities

- Administer and configure OpenText (NetIQ) Identity Manager (IDM) environments.

- Support and maintain NetIQ Advanced Authentication (AA) solutions.

- Perform assigned administration, configuration, and support tasks.

- Troubleshoot and resolve IDM-related issues.

- Work independently in a secure client setting.

Required Skills & Experience





- Advanced to expert-level experience with OpenText/NetIQ Identity Manager (IDM).

- Strong hands-on expertise with NetIQ Advanced Authentication (AA).

- Proven experience supporting enterprise Identity and Access Management (IAM) environments.

- Ability to work independently and manage task-based deliverables.

Security Clearance

- Candidates eligible to obtain Top Secret Clearance may also be considered.

Additional Requirements

- Must be located in the Ottawa, ON area.

- Ability to work onsite at the client location on Blair Road.
