Operations Manager, Founding Team

StockBox | Greater Toronto Area (Hybrid) | Full Time

Build the operation, then run it.

StockBox is putting smart retail kiosks where people live and work: condos, car dealerships, gyms and office buildings across the GTA. Each kiosk sells everyday essentials through an LCD touchscreen. It also runs digital advertising, a community bulletin board and a loyalty rewards program, at no cost to our property partners.

We launch across the GTA in 2026 and plan to keep expanding. We need one person to own operations from day one and grow into running the business with us.

What you will own

- Kiosk rollout from start to finish: site readiness, installation, go live
- Inventory planning, restocking and supplier relationships
- The metrics that run the business (sales per kiosk, stockouts, uptime, service levels), and acting on what they show
- Day to day relationships with property managers and vendors
- The playbooks, processes and tools that let us go from a handful of locations to hundreds
- Fixing problems before they reach a resident or a partner

Who we are looking for

- You act like an owner.



You see what needs doing and do it without waiting to be asked.
- You are ambitious and want your role, and your results, to grow as the company grows
- You are organized and analytical, comfortable with spreadsheets and data, and you make decisions from numbers
- You write and speak clearly and can work with a building manager in the morning and a supplier in the afternoon
- You like building systems from scratch rather than following ones that already exist
- Experience in operations, logistics, retail, supply chain or a startup is a strong asset. Ownership and drive matter more than years on a resume.
- A degree or diploma in Business, Operations, Supply Chain or a related field is an asset
- A valid driver's licence and access to a vehicle
