About the Role

We are seeking an Order Management Administrator II to support the accurate and timely execution of transactions across the full B2B deal cycle.

This is a hands-on operational role working closely with Sales, Sales Operations, Finance, Legal, and post-sales teams to move opportunities from quote development through contracting, order booking, provisioning, and customer handoff.

A key part of this role is providing direct support to Sales representatives when they encounter issues with opportunities or quotes in Salesforce. The Order Management Administrator II will investigate issues, identify missing or incorrect information, guide Sales reps through required corrections, coordinate approvals, and resolve blockers so deals can continue moving forward.

The successful candidate will also review executed agreements, purchase orders, quotes, and approvals for accuracy and completeness, process both standard and complex orders, resolve discrepancies and exceptions, maintain accurate and audit-ready transaction records, and coordinate provisioning and downstream handoffs.

This role requires someone who is highly organized, detail-oriented, service-minded, systems-savvy, and comfortable working independently. Because this is a contract position, the ideal candidate will bring strong foundational experience and be able to quickly learn D-Wave-specific processes with limited hands-on training.

Key Responsibilities

- Support the B2B deal cycle from opportunity and quote development through approvals, contracting, order booking, provisioning, and customer handoff.
- Provide hands-on Salesforce support to Sales representatives experiencing opportunity, quote, approval, or order-related issues.
- Troubleshoot transaction issues, identify missing or incorrect information, and guide Sales reps through required corrections and next steps.
- Coordinate internal approvals and work cross-functionally to resolve deal blockers.
- Review executed agreements, purchase orders, quotes, approvals, and related documentation for accuracy and completeness.
- Process both standard and complex customer orders.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies, exceptions, missing information,

and nonstandard requirements.
- Maintain accurate, complete, and audit-ready transaction records in Salesforce.
- Coordinate provisioning activities and downstream handoffs to appropriate post-sales teams.
- Support time-sensitive transactions during month-end and quarter-end periods.
- Apply sound judgment when determining which issues can be resolved independently and which require escalation.
- Follow established processes and documentation while quickly learning company-specific workflows.
- Contribute to process improvements, documentation, workflow automation, and operational efficiency where appropriate.

Must-Have Qualifications

- 3+ years of hands-on experience in Order Management, Sales Operations, Deal Desk, Quote-to-Cash, Contract Operations, Revenue Operations, or a closely related function.
- Robust hands-on Salesforce experience is required.
- Experience personally working with Salesforce opportunities, quotes, approvals, orders, reports, views, and transaction data.
- Ability to independently navigate Salesforce and troubleshoot issues with minimal training.
- Experience directly supporting Sales representatives with opportunity and quote issues in Salesforce.
- Ability to investigate transaction problems, identify data or process gaps, guide users through corrections, coordinate approvals, and help stalled deals move forward.
- Experience supporting the B2B deal cycle, including opportunity and quote management, approvals, contracts or purchase orders, order processing, provisioning, and downstream handoffs.
- Experience personally managing both standard and complex transactions.
- Experience resolving discrepancies, missing information, exceptions, and nonstandard requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to learn recent systems and processes quickly and operate independently.
- Comfortable using documentation, examples,

and available resources to learn company-specific processes with limited hands-on training.
- Solid attention to detail, organization, prioritization, and follow-through.
- Sound judgment regarding when to resolve issues independently and when escalation is required.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong customer and service orientation.
- Experience working cross-functionally with teams such as Sales, Finance, Legal, technical teams, and post-sales organizations.
- Comfortable performing detailed transactional and administrative work as a core part of the day-to-day role.

Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce CPQ experience strongly preferred, particularly hands-on experience creating and revising quotes, supporting pricing and approval workflows, and troubleshooting CPQ or quote-related issues with Sales representatives.
- Experience with ZoomInfo, particularly for account or contact research, data validation, and enrichment.
- Experience supporting enterprise B2B technology, SaaS, hardware, professional services, or other complex product and service offerings.
- Experience with ERP, e-signature, contract management, billing, or provisioning platforms.
- Experience supporting month-end and quarter-end execution and prioritizing time-sensitive transactions.
- Experience handling international transactions, multi-element orders, or nonstandard commercial terms.
- Experience contributing to process improvement, workflow automation, documentation, or AI-assisted operational practices.

Ideal Candidate The ideal candidate is a hands-on operations professional who enjoys solving problems, supporting Sales teams, and keeping complex transactions moving. They are comfortable digging into Salesforce, identifying what is preventing a deal from progressing, and working across teams to resolve the issue.

They are highly organized, dependable, and able to balance accuracy with urgency while maintaining strong documentation and transaction records. Most importantly, they can step into an established environment, learn quickly, and become productive with minimal supervision.
