The Flex Machine Operators are responsible for set up, troubleshooting and operation of machinery in the packaging department. You will primarily work a day shift schedule but may be required to work intervals on the night shift as needs arise (i.e. launches / seasonal volume increases). We will provide you with notice when you change shifts (from days to nights).

You'll ensure the interminable and efficient running of packaging. A great machine operator is reliable and able to work with attention to detail, safety standards and can run equipment with consistently valuable output. The goal will be to ensure that production procedures will be carried on smoothly tomaximize efficiency.

Setting up machines tostart a production cycle including labelers, printers, robotic fillers,



and pumps Feeding raw material or parts to semi-automated machines Fix issues that might occur during the shift Keep records of approved and defective units or final products Must be able to work various shift schedules as required High school diploma or equivalent; technical degree is a plus Must remain in compliance with provincial and federal regulations, and internal company policies Continental rotating shift schedule: 4 days one week, 3 days the following week Night Shift Hours: Sun – Sat.
