Orillia Dodge Chrysler Jeep Ram is looking for an Parts Advisor to join our team.

If you have automotive parts experience, enjoy a fast-paced dealership environment, and know how significant it is to get the right part, at the right time, we want to hear from you.

We are looking for someone who can contribute immediately to our Parts Department while working closely with our Service team, technicians, retail customers, and wholesale accounts.

What You'll Do

As a Parts Advisor, you will:

- Assist technicians with parts requirements for repair orders
- Serve retail and wholesale parts customers
- Look up, source, quote, and order automotive parts
- Ensure accurate part numbers, pricing, and availability
- Process parts invoices, credits, returns, and special orders
- Receive, inspect, stock, and organize incoming parts
- Monitor backorders and follow up on outstanding orders
- Maintain accurate inventory and bin locations
- Work closely with Service Advisors and technicians to keep repairs moving
- Develop and maintain strong customer and vendor relationships
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and efficient Parts Department
- Follow dealership and manufacturer policies and procedures

What We're Looking For

Previous automotive parts experience is an asset.

The ideal candidate will have:

- Automotive dealership or automotive parts experience
- Strong automotive knowledge
- Excellent customer service and communication skills




- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- The ability to work efficiently in a busy environment
- Strong computer skills
- A team-first attitude
- A valid Ontario driver's licence

Chrysler, Dodge, Jeep, Ram or Mopar parts experience is an asset.

Experience with dealership management systems, electronic parts catalogues, and manufacturer parts programs is also an asset.
