As a strategic partner, you will provide guidance on HR initiatives, foster positive employee relations, and contribute to continuous improvement projects across the organization. Key Responsibilities:

- Assist in planning annual People & Culture programs
- Offer support for employee relations and compliance
- Develop strong working relationships with leaders
- Help manage workplace investigations and summaries
- Support all stages of the employee lifecycle Requirements:
- Degree/diploma in HR, psychology, or similar
- CPHR candidate or relevant designation preferred
- 3-5 years of HR experience
- Knowledge of employment legislation and HR best practices
