We are looking for a motivated and organized Therapy Assistant to join our growing team!

Position: Part-Time Therapy Assistant

Starting Wage: $18/hour

Hours: Part-time to start, with potential to grow into full-time hours

This is a blended role combining therapy assistance, administrative support, and patient care coordination. We are looking for someone who enjoys working with people, can shift comfortably between clinical and administrative tasks, and wants to grow with our clinic.

Responsibilities may include:

- Assisting physiotherapists with patient care and treatment setup as directed
- Preparing and cleaning treatment areas and equipment
- Supporting patients with exercises and clinic flow under PT direction
- Reception and general administrative duties
- Scheduling appointments and assisting with patient communication
- Following up with patients regarding appointments, referrals, paperwork, and care coordination as needed
- Assisting with clinic organization, supplies, and day-to-day operations
- Supporting social media and clinic marketing when required
- Other duties that support the smooth operation and growth of the clinic

reliable, and comfortable interacting with patients
- Organized and able to manage multiple responsibilities
- Comfortable using computers and learning clinic software
- Able to work independently while also being a strong team member
- Flexible and willing to take on both clinical and administrative responsibilities
- Comfortable with social media and basic content creation
- Interested in learning and growing with a developing multidisciplinary clinic

Previous experience as a Therapy Assistant, Physiotherapy Assistant, Rehabilitation Assistant, Medical Office Assistant, Unit Clerk, or in a healthcare setting is an asset.

Healthcare-related education or experience is preferred; however, we are willing to consider candidates with strong transferable skills and the right fit for our team.
