What You Bring

- 5+ years of automotive sales experience, with 3–5 years of sales management experience
- Previous experience managing pre-owned vehicle sales and inventory
- A proven track record of leadership, team development, and achieving sales targets
- Strong knowledge of vehicle appraisals, trades, inventory management, and deal structure
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
- A commitment to providing an exceptional customer experience
- Strong organizational, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
- A positive, professional attitude and the ability to lead by example

What You’ll Do

- Lead, coach, and motivate the pre-owned sales team to achieve monthly and annual goals
- Review inventory daily to ensure the right mix of vehicles and maximize inventory turnover
- Manage vehicle appraisals, customer trades, pricing, and aging inventory
- Assist sales consultants with negotiations, deal structure, and closing
- Monitor and follow up on customer leads to maximize sales opportunities
- Conduct daily sales meetings, training, and one-on-one coaching




- Set realistic performance goals and help team members reach their full potential
- Monitor customer satisfaction and address concerns quickly and professionally
- Ensure the sales team has current product, pricing, and promotional information
- Work closely with dealership leadership on marketing, inventory strategy, and business objectives
- Help create a positive, accountable, and team-focused sales environment
