Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Product Designer.

The Product

Designer will collaborate with product managers, engineers, and researchers to define problems, craft user journeys, and design end-to-end product experiences. Day-to-day tasks include conducting user research and usability testing, creating wireframes, flows, and high-fidelity interfaces, and iterating on designs based on data and feedback. The role also involves maintaining design systems, preparing transparent specifications for development, and ensuring consistent visual and interaction design across products.

The Product

Designer is expected to contribute to product strategy, advocate for user needs,



and participate in regular team reviews and critiques.

Qualifications

- Strong Product Design and Design Thinking skills to define problems, create solutions, and deliver end-to-end user experiences.
- Experience with User Research and UX Research to plan studies, gather insights, and translate findings into actionable design decisions.
- Proficiency in Visual Design, including layout, typography, and interaction design, using modern design tools (e.g., Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD).
- Ability to create and maintain design systems, component libraries, and documentation that support scalable product development.
- Demonstrated portfolio showcasing digital product work, including user flows, prototypes, and shipped features.
- Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work closely with cross-functional remote teams.
- Comfort with iterative design, data-driven decisions, and working in an agile or lean product environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in Design, HCI, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
