About the Company:

Our client is an early-stage Canadian startup building a new consumer platform that connects people with local businesses through discovery, rewards, exclusive offers, loyalty, and ongoing engagement.

They are building the product from the ground up and looking for a Product Manager to help take it from vision through launch and scale.

About the Role:

They are looking for a hands-on Product Manager to work closely with the founders, engineering, and design teams to lead product development and launch.

This role is ideal for someone who can think strategically, move quickly, and turn big ideas into explicit product requirements and priorities.

You will help shape both the consumer and business experience, with a strong focus on user engagement, retention, data, and product quality.

What You'll Do:

- Own and manage the product roadmap and priorities.
- Translate company vision into clear product requirements, user stories, and workflows.
- Work closely with engineering and design from concept through launch.
- Help shape consumer experiences around discovery, rewards, loyalty, personalization, and engagement.
- Help build a strong business and merchant experience.
- Define product KPIs, analytics, tracking, and reporting requirements.
- Use data and user feedback to guide product decisions.
- Manage testing, QA, launch readiness, and post-launch improvements.




- Identify opportunities to improve activation, engagement, retention, and repeat usage.
- Keep teams aligned on priorities, timelines, risks, and product decisions.

What We're Looking For:

- Product management experience with digital or technology products.
- Experience with consumer apps, marketplaces, loyalty, rewards, or two-sided platforms is a strong asset.
- Strong understanding of user experience, engagement, retention, and product growth.
- Comfortable working closely with engineers and designers.
- Data-driven and comfortable defining and analyzing product metrics.
- Highly organized with strong communication and prioritization skills.
- Comfortable working in a fast-moving startup environment.
- Strong ownership mindset and ability to operate with ambiguity.
