Become a key player at the Castle Downs Family YMCA as a Program Facilitator committed to family education and support! This full time role focuses on empowering parents and their children through developmental workshops. As a Program Facilitator, you will design workshops that address critical issues such as resilience and stress reduction, catering to families with children aged 0-18.

You will also engage with community partners to enhance the resources available to families. Flexibility in working hours, including evenings and weekends, is a must to serve participants effectively. Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor participant engagement and outcomes effectively

- University degree in Human Services or similar
