About the Opportunity micro1 is engaging experienced Buildium Specialists to support a customer project focused on completing and documenting realistic property management workflows within Buildium.

Selected contributors will use their hands-on experience with Buildium, property management, tenant and lease administration, rent and payment management, maintenance coordination, and property operations to complete practical workflows and generate high-quality interaction data that supports the development and evaluation of next-generation AI systems.

The role focuses on practical platform expertise and real-world property management workflows. Contributors will complete assigned tasks, document their processes, develop evaluation materials, and provide accurate feedback based on actual Buildium functionality.

Responsibilities

- Complete assigned workflows and tasks within Buildium using practical property management experience.
- Navigate Buildium features related to properties, tenants, leases, payments, maintenance, and property operations.
- Create, update, and manage property, tenant, and lease information according to provided workflow instructions.
- Complete realistic workflows involving:
- Tenant management
- Lease management
- Rent and payment tracking
- Maintenance requests
- Property operations
- Record your screen while completing assigned workflows and clearly demonstrate the steps taken.
- Create realistic prompts and detailed evaluation rubrics based on completed workflows.
- Document workflow steps and clearly explain the Buildium tools, features, and actions used.
- Review task outputs for accuracy, completeness, and alignment with project guidelines.




- Follow established project instructions and quality standards while working independently in a remote environment.
- Provide clear workflow documentation that can support AI training and evaluation.

Required Qualifications

- Strong hands-on experience using Buildium in a professional property management environment.
- Practical understanding of property management and property operations workflows.
- Experience with tenant management, lease administration, rent or payment tracking, maintenance coordination, or related property operations.
- Ability to independently navigate Buildium and complete realistic property management workflows.
- Current access to Buildium and ability to use the platform independently.
- Comfortable recording and sharing your screen while completing assigned Buildium workflows.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow detailed workflow instructions.
- Ability to clearly document and explain property management workflows and platform actions.
- Strong written communication skills and ability to provide structured documentation.

Preferred Qualifications

- Qualified experience using Buildium for property management operations.
- Experience with:
- Property management

- Property management reporting
- Previous experience with human data projects, including data annotation, data labeling, RLHF, AI response evaluation, or model evaluation.




- Experience creating prompts, rubrics, workflow documentation, or evaluation criteria.
- Familiarity with other property management software or real estate technology platforms.
- Strong ability to explain property management processes clearly and accurately.
