Quality Assurance Analyst (Microsoft Dynamics CRM) | Banking

Toronto, ON ( can be fully remote)

3-Month Contract (Potential for Extension)

We are hiring a Quality Assurance Analyst with experience in Banking and Microsoft Dynamics CRM to support functional, integration, and automation testing initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform functional and integration testing for Microsoft Dynamics CRM modules, including Retail, Corporate, Sales, and Contact Center.
- Design, document, and execute test plans, test cases, and test reports.
- Develop and maintain automated test suites to support regression testing and release cycles.
- Participate in shift-left testing activities, including requirements reviews and design discussions.
- Identify, track, and manage defects through resolution in collaboration with cross-functional teams.
- Support the adoption of new testing tools and techniques, including automation and AI-assisted testing approaches.
- Mentor and guide junior QA team members.
- Collaborate with product managers, developers, business analysts, and other stakeholders throughout the testing lifecycle.





Required Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Minimum 5+ years of Quality Assurance experience within the banking domain.
- Hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics CRM functional testing across multiple modules.
- Experience with API testing tools such as Postman, JMeter, or similar tools.
- Experience using test management and defect tracking tools such as Azure DevOps and Jira.
- Ability to write SQL queries for data validation.
- Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments, including sprint planning and retrospectives.
- Solid written and verbal communication skills in English.

Nice-to-Have Qualifications
- Experience with test automation frameworks such as Selenium, Playwright, or similar tools.
- Experience with C# for test automation.
- ISTQB Foundation or Advanced Certification.
