Role Description This is a part time, on-site Registered Massage Therapist role located in Toronto, ON. The RMT will provide client-centered therapeutic massage treatments, incorporating both conventional RMT techniques and Traditional Thai Massage methods as appropriate. Daily responsibilities include conducting thorough client consultations, delivering safe and effective bodywork sessions, maintaining accurate treatment notes, and supporting a welcoming and professional environment.





The role also involves participating in ongoing training in Traditional Thai Massage and body mechanics, integrating these learnings into practice to enhance client outcomes and practitioner well-being. The RMT will collaborate with the team to ensure high standards of care, uphold clinic policies, and contribute to a culture of respect, learning, and mindful touch.

Qualifications

- Demonstrated proficiency in Therapeutic Massage and Body Massage techniques, with the ability to tailor treatments to individual client needs.
- Prior experience of or an interest in learning Traditional Thai Massage and movement-based approaches.
- Strong Customer Service skills, including clear communication, empathy, and a commitment to client comfort and safety.
- Ability to support clients with Stress Management through therapeutic touch, grounding presence, and relaxation-focused treatments.
- Current registration and good standing with the appropriate regulatory college for massage therapy (e.g., CMTO or equivalent).
- Commitment to ongoing professional development, including openness to coaching on body mechanics, alignment, and practitioner self-care.
- Capacity to work collaboratively in a team workplace and uphold an inclusive, respectful, and non-discriminatory workplace.
- Reliable availability for one regular on-site shift per week, with flexibility to adapt as the practice evolves.
