Dental Assistant

We are looking for a friendly, dependable, and motivated Dental Assistant to join our privately owned dental practice.

We’re looking for someone who takes pride in providing excellent patient care, works well as part of a team, and helps create a comfortable and positive experience for every patient who walks through our doors.

As a Dental Assistant, you’ll work closely with our dentists and the rest of the dental team to provide efficient, compassionate care while helping keep the clinical day running smoothly.

What You’ll Be Doing

- Assist the dentist during examinations, treatments, and dental procedures
- Prepare treatment rooms, instruments, and materials for patient care
- Take dental radiographs (X-rays) as required
- Follow proper sterilization, infection prevention, and safety protocols
- Help patients feel comfortable and at ease throughout their appointments
- Provide patients with oral hygiene instructions and post-operative care information
- Maintain accurate and confidential patient records
- Assist with charting and treatment documentation
- Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked clinical environment
- Work collaboratively with the entire dental team to support an efficient patient flow and positive experience
- Assist with other clinical or administrative duties as needed

What We’re Looking For
- Licensed Dental Assistant level II




- Strong knowledge of dental assisting techniques and infection prevention protocols
- Ability to take dental radiographs as required.
- Familiarity with dental software is an asset
- Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- A warm, skilled, and patient-focused approach
- Ability to multitask and stay organized in a busy dental environment
- Dependable, self-motivated, and willing to take initiative
- Someone who enjoys working collaboratively and contributing to a positive team environment
- Experience or comfort helping with reception duties is helpful, but not required
