We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Registered Massage Therapist to join our team offering a 70/30 split with a track to future ownership with a $185.00 administration facility fee. In this role you will deliver skilled massage therapy services designed to promote relaxation, alleviate pain, and enhance overall well-being for a diverse clientele having access to both radial and focused shock wave, ultra sound PEMF with IR and our own in house 3d Printing lab for custom medial orthoics. Your expertise will help create a welcoming environment where clients feel valued and cared for.

Duties
- Provide high-quality massage therapy treatments tailored to each client’s individual needs, utilizing various techniques such as Swedish, deep tissue, or sports massage.
- Conduct thorough client assessments to understand their health history, current concerns, and treatment goals.
- Maintain detailed and accurate treatment records in compliance with licensing and regulatory standards.
- Educate clients on self-care practices and recommend appropriate follow-up treatments or exercises.
- Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable treatment environment by adhering to hygiene protocols and equipment maintenance.
- Communicate clearly with clients about treatment procedures,
expected outcomes, and aftercare instructions.
- Collaborate with other health professionals when necessary to support comprehensive client care.
- Autonomously handle your own patient bookings and process patient billings/payments directly using our Juvonno software (Please note: The clinic does not provide direct insurance billing; patients pay at the time of service).
- Share in the light everyday upkeep, sanitization, and cleanliness of the clinical spaceto ensure a pristine patient environment.
Experience
- Valid registration as a Massage Therapist with the appropriate licensing body in your region.
- Demonstrated knowledge of medical terminology relevant to health assessments and treatment planning.
- Proven experience delivering exceptional customer service in a wellness or healthcare setting.
- Strong communication skills to effectively explain treatments and build rapport with clients.
- Ability to work independently while maintaining professionalism and attention to detail.
- Prior experience with diverse massage techniques is preferred but not mandatory; ongoing training opportunities are available for growth.
