Athlete Institute is seeking a disciplined Residential Property Manager to lead a private residential division of up to twelve luxury residences across Southern Ontario. You will act as the single contact for estate operations, budgeting, vendor management, and renovations—no public leasing or tenant management.
The role requires autonomous work from a home office, robust discretion, and hands-on oversight of licensed trades and CMMS software. A company vehicle is provided for portfolio travel.
