Extendicare is hiring for a role focused on planning and facilitating recreational and social programs for residents in our long-term care home in Canada. You will encourage participation, promote social engagement, independence, and quality of life, and provide 1:1 and group activities tailored to residents' interests and care needs.
You will set up and clean program spaces, ensure supplies, assist with protected access, document participation and outcomes, and support events.
