In this role, you'll oversee the day-to-day operations of the Youth Transitional Housing and Shelter Program. You will help residents with daily routines, develop individualized treatment plans, and create positive learning experiences. Key Responsibilities

- Provide supervision and direct care for youth residents
- Support residents in daily activities and appointments
- Document interactions and maintain accurate records

- Degree/Diploma in child and youth work or related field
- Experience with youth in residential settings preferred
