Building brand awareness and ensuring strong sell-through of APL wines through various promotional programs on site Application of POS materials and enhancements of strong programming calendar Building/Filling displays, placing products on shelves or in displays for maximum exposure, and ensuring product rotation on a regular basis Assisting the Key Account Manager by identifying and acting on business opportunities within the assigned territory Actively seeking and securing recent listings for APL wines in retail accounts Expanding the number of points of distribution by building relationships with key decision-makers Participating in wine festivals, events, and consumer tastings during evenings and weekends to promote the APL wine portfolio and increase brand visibility when applicable. Sales experience in the retail or hospitality industry is an asset Knowledge of merchandising, display builds, and retail customer traffic is an asset A proactive approach to securing product listings and building distribution in existing and new accounts Exemplary customer service skills including communication, product knowledge, problem solving, and attention to detail This is a full-time salaried position that will require the teammate to drive to various locations in the area. There is a company car provided.

Prior wine education or knowledge is not required but is considered an asset for the position.

Compensation: $50,000 - $55,000 annually, plus annual bonus eligibility and comprehensive benefits.
