Positive Shepherd Centres in Hamilton is seeking a Nurse Practitioner to provide primary health care across two high school wellness clinics, with flexibility to coordinate care between sites.
You will perform health assessments, diagnose and treat illnesses, order tests, prescribe medications and deliver health education, while collaborating with students, families, school staff, physicians and community partners to support health and well-being.
