Stallion is urgently hiring a Warehouse Associate for a 4-month contract. In this role, you will be responsible for all day-to-day operations of our Richmond location. You will be joining our small (but mighty) team as our clients' primary point of contact when they come into the facility to drop off their packages, as well as to direct their inquiries to our internal customer service team.
SCHEDULE:
- Monday to Friday: 3:30 PM - 7:30 PM
- Overtime: Optional on Sundays, subject to manager approval.
REQUIREMENTS:
- Perform repetitive warehouse tasks such as scanning, sorting, and processing shipments
- Load and unload shipments, including operating pallet trucks
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and strong attention to detail
- Work efficiently under pressure while managing multiple tasks without compromising accuracy
- Provide excellent customer service in a client-facing environment
- Physically capable of lifting and loading packages up to 50 lbs onto company vehicles
YOU ARE:
- Experienced in a warehouse environment, preferably in logistics
- Physically fit and capable of handling demanding tasks
- Reliable, efficient, and punctual
- Able to multitask while staying organized and detail-oriented
- Comfortable working both independently and as part of a team
- Self-motivated and able to work with minimal supervision
- Able to consistently and reliably report to the warehouse
