Our Toronto-based client is hiring a Senior Business Analyst for an 11-month onsite contract prospect.
Must Haves:
- 5+ years of experience as a Business Analyst
- Experience leading and conducting business analysis to assess business problems/opportunities and document business requirements for I⁢ solutions
- Experience conducting business analysis at varying levels of detail across different project phases
- Experience aligning business analysis with structured project management, enterprise architecture, and systems development methodologies
- Experience with business modeling, use case modeling, conceptual and logical data modeling, process and data flow modeling
- Experience defining business rules and non-functional requirements
- Strong requirements gathering, documentation, stakeholder engagement, analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
