We are looking for a Senior Manager, IT Infrastructure & Operations to lead the strategy, delivery, and continuous improvement of our global technology infrastructure. This is an exciting opportunity for a proven people leader with experience in manufacturing, distribution, operations, retail, or a related industry to play a key role in supporting business growth, modernization initiatives, and operational excellence across a complex enterprise environment.

Job Status: Permanent Full-Time

Shift: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM (flexible as required)

Work Location: Onsite (2000 Brigantine Drive, Coquitlam, BC)

Salary Range: $120,000 - $160,000 per year, plus potential discretionary bonus

In this role, you will:

- Lead and develop a team of infrastructure professionals, including managing large teams of direct and indirect reports (25+), while fostering a high-performance culture.

- Define and execute short- and long-term infrastructure strategies that support business objectives and future growth.
- Oversee the design, maintenance, security, and optimization of cloud, network, server, telecommunications, and enterprise infrastructure environments.
- Drive operational excellence by managing incidents, projects, vendor relationships, budgets, and service performance across the organization.

- Partner with executive leaders and business stakeholders to identify risks, implement technology solutions,



and support organizational transformation initiatives.

You have:

- A Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, along with ongoing career development in cloud, networking, and infrastructure technologies.
- 10+ years of progressive IT infrastructure leadership experience, including leadership of large teams (25+ direct and indirect reports) within manufacturing, distribution, operations, retail, or a related industry.
- Strong technical expertise with Microsoft technologies, VMware, Citrix Virtual Desktop, Azure and/or AWS, network infrastructure, and enterprise systems.

- Experience managing infrastructure operations within complex, multi-site or global environments spanning multiple time zones.
- Proven success in strategic planning, vendor management, budgeting, cybersecurity risk management, and leading large-scale infrastructure initiatives.
