HOOPP seeks an Associate Director, Pension Benefits & Policy, reporting to the Senior Director, Pension Design & Strategy. The role collaborates across Pension Services to support plan design, administration, policy, research, and regulatory compliance using solid legal expertise.

The successful candidate will help resolve member, employer and regulator escalations, monitor legal developments, and assist in policy development to facilitate regulatory compliance.
