Ayre & Oxford Inc. is seeking an experienced Residential Property Manager with a minimum of 5 years of direct property management experience to join our established team.

For the right candidate, this opportunity may be structured as a Senior Residential Property Manager position, with the opportunity to become part of our Senior Leadership Team.

You will be joining a well-established, multi-disciplinary property management company with an experienced team and the opportunity to contribute beyond the day-to-day management of a portfolio.

Depending on your experience and the level of the position, responsibilities may include:

- Managing a residential property portfolio
- Building strong relationships with owners, tenants, site staff and service providers
- Financial oversight, budgeting, reporting and portfolio planning
- Coordinating maintenance, capital needs and property improvements




- Supporting and mentoring members of the residential team
- Participating in recruitment, onboarding and training
- Contributing to operational improvements, policies and procedures
- Participating in company planning, technology initiatives and new ideas
- Working directly with the President/Broker and other senior leaders
- Supporting collaboration and continued growth across the organization

Who are we looking for? We are looking for an experienced professional who is accountable, organized, collaborative, solution-focused and an excellent communicator.

A minimum of 5 years of property management experience is required.
