Responsibilities

- Greet guests warmly and guide them to their tables with enthusiasm and professionalism
- Take accurate food and beverage orders using POS systems such as Micros POS, ensuring clear communication with kitchen staff
- Serve food and drinks promptly while maintaining high standards of presentation and sanitation
- Upsell menu items to enhance guest experience and increase sales opportunities
- Handle cash transactions accurately, including cashiering and cash handling duties, while maintaining accountability for all financial exchanges
- Ensure food safety and sanitation standards are consistently met through proper food handling and cleanliness practices
- Assist in food preparation when needed,



supporting kitchen staff during busy periods to ensure timely service
- Manage guest inquiries or concerns promptly, providing exceptional guest services that foster loyalty and satisfaction

Experience

- Previous food service experience in a restaurant or hospitality setting is preferred but not required; we value enthusiasm and a positive attitude above all
- Familiarity with POS systems such as Micros POS is a plus but can be trained on the job
- Strong time management skills to prioritize tasks efficiently during busy service hours
- Knowledge of food safety, sanitation, and basic math for accurate order entry and cash handling
- Experience in serving or hospitality roles that demonstrate excellent customer service skills
- Ability to work collaboratively within a team setting in a fast-paced setting
- Kitchen experience or food industry background is advantageous but not mandatory; we welcome motivated learners eager to grow their skills
