We are in search of a skilled Handyman with five or more years of relevant experience. This role focuses on adjustments to HVAC, plumbing repairs, and supervising maintenance tasks. You will also conduct safety checks and coordinate with contractors for larger repairs while working physically on-site.

- Perform adjustments and minor repairs to essential systems
- Supervise maintenance efforts and staff on projects
