We are in search of a skilled Handyman with five or more years of relevant experience. This role focuses on adjustments to HVAC, plumbing repairs, and supervising maintenance tasks. You will also conduct safety checks and coordinate with contractors for larger repairs while working physically on-site.
Key Responsibilities: • Perform adjustments and minor repairs to essential systems • Supervise maintenance efforts and staff on projects • Carry out regular safety and security checks • Safely manage heavy lifts and equipment movements • Clear walkways and parking areas of snow and ice
Requirements: • 5+ years of experience in facility maintenance • Trade certificate in relevant fields or equivalent • Comfortable working under pressure in physical tasks • Own tools and safety gear for daily work • Strong organizational and communication skills
