Required experience:

- A minimum of 5 years of progressive housekeeping management.
- A proven ability to successfully lead and motivate a large and diverse workforce.
- Robust interpersonal skills, outstanding organizational skills and solid understanding of cost management.
- A proactive approach with a meticulous eye for detail combined with exceptionally high quality and service standards.

- You will be the Leader of our Styling team that is responsible for the cleanliness of all public areas and Guest rooms including restaurants, gym, spa.

- Contributing to the overall success of the Hotel through your strong business acumen, your passion for service excellence and your commitment to creating an exceptional Employee and Guest experience.

- Building an energized team of service oriented professionals by hiring, training and motivating the best employees in the business.

- Promoting the culture within the Housekeeping (Styling) Department that is in line with the Hotel’s vision of being an employer of choice where employees can achieve their personal best while exceeding the Guests expectations.

- Leading and directing all aspects of the Housekeeping (Styling) Department,



while maintaining profitable departmental operations and the highest quality standards and service levels.

- Controlling costs by managing labour productivity and inventory control and management.

- Managing every aspect of your operation creatively to satisfy guest, employee and financial expectations.

- Quality inspections of Guest Rooms and all Public areas ensuring the highest level of cleanliness.

- As you have a team that works 24-7 you will be required to be available some weekends and evenings and overnights
