About the role

CIS Insurance Brokers is seeking a full-time Technical Service Representative to provide administrative support to Portfolio Managers and Customer Service Representatives while maintaining smooth operations and high service standards.

What you’ll be doing:

- Support Portfolio Managers and Customer Service Representatives with administrative and technical tasks to maintain exceptional client service.
- Prepare comprehensive recent business and remarket files for processing by Junior Underwriting.
- Review expiry reports, flag policies with premium increases, and generate pre-quotes in Compu-Quote to recommend optimal carrier placement.
- Request essential risk data, including MVRs and replacement cost valuations, to ensure accurate quoting.




- Provide quick-turnaround quotes for policy endorsements and travel insurance products.
- Ensure all client records, applications, and activity notes in Applied EPIC are fully detailed and accurate.

What we need you to bring:

- Must be fluent in English AND Mandarin or Cantonese.

- Undergraduates Degree or or equivalent professional industry experience.

- RIBO License or willing to obtain within the year of employment.
- 1 year of experience in a general insurance brokerage (preferred).

- Experience working with EPIC and COMPU quote is considered an asset.

- Proficient with insurance policy systems as well as MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Demonstrated ability to handle multiple priorities successfully.

- Strong analytical, time management and organizational skills.
