Responsibilities

- Conduct structured telephone interviews with survey respondents, ensuring clarity and professionalism throughout each interaction
- Collect accurate and comprehensive data related to consumer habits, preferences, and market insights using standardized questionnaires
- Manage multiple calls efficiently while maintaining high levels of engagement and rapport with participants




- Record responses precisely into digital data collection platforms, verifying completeness and consistency
- Collaborate with team members to troubleshoot technical issues and improve interview processes
- Maintain confidentiality of respondent information in accordance with data privacy policies
- Support ongoing data collection efforts by scheduling follow-up interviews or clarifying survey questions as needed
