About The Role

We are looking for a customer-focused Travel Agent to help clients plan and book memorable trips. You’ll assist with travel arrangements, provide personalized recommendations, and coordinate reservations while delivering a smooth and positive customer experience.

This is a great opportunity for someone who enjoys travel, working with people, organizing details, and helping customers turn their travel plans into reality.

What You’ll Do

- Assist clients with flights, hotels, transportation, tours, and vacation packages
- Understand client preferences, budgets, and travel requirements
- Research destinations and recommend suitable travel options
- Make and manage travel reservations and bookings
- Provide accurate information about itineraries, schedules, and travel services
- Communicate with clients, airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other suppliers
- Handle booking changes, cancellations, and customer questions
- Maintain accurate customer and reservation records
- Follow up with clients to ensure a positive travel experience

What You’ll Bring

- Solid customer service and communication skills




- Excellent organization and attention to detail
- Comfortable using computers and online booking systems
- Ability to manage multiple requests and priorities
- Professional and friendly approach with customers
- Interest in travel and knowledge of destinations is an asset
- Previous travel, hospitality, sales, or customer service experience is an asset, but not required
