The Wilder Institute's Archibald Biodiversity Centre near Strathmore, Alberta is seeking a fixed-term, on-call Animal Care Technician to perform daily animal care and maintenance for Conservation Program animals and to assist with off-site housing or quarantine for non-dangerous animals as needed.
Responsibilities include diet monitoring, health assessments, habitat maintenance, treatments, and participation in enrichment and training plans, all while upholding AZA standards and safety.
