Job Title: Workday Studio Engineer

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced Workday Studio Engineer to design, develop, and support complex Workday integrations across enterprise HR, Payroll, Finance, and third-party systems. The ideal candidate will possess deep expertise in Workday Studio, Enterprise Interface Builder (EIB), Core Connectors, Workday Web Services (WWS), and APIs, with a robust understanding of integration architecture, security, and data transformation technologies.

The candidate will collaborate with business stakeholders, functional consultants, and external vendors to deliver scalable, secure, and high-performing integration solutions that support critical business processes.

Key Responsibilities

- Design, develop, test, deploy, and maintain Workday integrations using Workday Studio, EIBs, Core Connectors, Cloud Connect, and Workday APIs.
- Lead integration architecture discussions and provide technical solutions aligned with business requirements.
- Perform end-to-end data mapping, transformation, validation,



and troubleshooting activities.
- Develop and support complex inbound and outbound integrations between Workday and external systems.
- Configure and maintain integration security, authentication mechanisms, and data access controls.
- Build and consume REST and SOAP web services for enterprise system integrations.
- Develop XML/XSLT transformations and JSON-based integrations as required.
- Monitor integration performance, identify issues, and implement corrective actions.
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide timely resolution with minimal business impact.
- Participate in requirements gathering, technical design reviews, and solution documentation.
- Collaborate with HR, Payroll, Finance, IT, and third-party vendor teams to ensure successful integration delivery.
- Ensure adherence to Workday integration best practices, security standards, and governance processes.
