Job Role: Workday HCM Core Consultant

Location: Remote, Canada

:

- Strong understanding of:

o Core HCM o Business Processes o Organizations o Staffing o Security o Reporting
- Experience providing production support.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide nearshore functional production support for Workday HCM.
- Resolve production incidents and service requests within SLA.
- Perform configuration updates for approved enhancements.
- Support Workday monthly and biannual releases.
- Work closely with onsite functional leads and offshore support teams.
- Assist with regression testing and production validation.
- Support reporting requests and data validation.
- Participate in problem management and root cause analysis.
- Contribute to documentation and knowledge transfer.




- Support production stabilization during the first year after go-live.

Required Qualifications / Must-Haves

- Bachelor's degree in HR, Business, Information Systems, or related field.
- 4–7+ years of Workday HCM functional experience.
- Robust understanding of:

o Core HCM o Business Processes o Organizations o Staffing o Security o Reporting
- Experience providing production support.
- Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.
- Ability to collaborate with global teams across multiple time zones.

Preferred Qualifications

- Workday HCM certification.
- Experience supporting multinational organizations.
- Knowledge of additional Workday modules (Benefits, Absence, Talent, Recruiting, Payroll).
- Experience in AMS or Managed Services environments.
- Experience supporting post-go-live stabilization.
