We are seeking a motivated and energetic Yard Worker to join our team and help maintain the beauty and functionality of outdoor spaces. In this role, you will be responsible for performing a variety of tasks related to landscape maintenance, gardening, and yard upkeep. Responsibilities

- Operate heavy machinery such as excavators and other construction equipment safely and efficiently for landscaping projects or yard improvements
- Maintain irrigation systems to ensure proper watering schedules and troubleshoot issues as needed
- Perform gardening tasks including planting, pruning, mowing, weeding, and mulching to keep landscapes vibrant and healthy
- Conduct landscape maintenance activities such as edging, trimming, aerating, and fertilizing to enhance curb appeal
- Use hand tools and power tools for various tasks like digging, cutting, planting, or repairing landscape features
- Assist with construction or installation projects related to outdoor structures or features under supervision




- Perform routine maintenance on equipment and tools to ensure safety and optimal performance

Qualifications

- Prior experience with landscape maintenance, gardening, or yard work is preferred but not required; training will be provided for the right candidate
- Mechanical knowledge helpful for maintaining and troubleshooting equipment such as excavators and irrigation systems
- Familiarity with horticulture principles and gardening techniques is a plus
- Ability to operate hand tools, power tools, and small machinery safely and effectively
- Construction experience or knowledge of landscape installation is advantageous
- Strong physical stamina with the ability to stand, bend, lift, and perform outdoor labor throughout the day
- Excellent attention to detail and a proactive attitude toward safety practices
