This position involves helping youth with moderate to severe behavioral challenges achieve their goals in a staffed resource home. Your responsibilities include fostering emotional and physical well-being, implementing effective routines, and assisting with daily activities. The role is designed for a 40-hour workweek, from Tuesday to Saturday.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and support youth's well-being
- Facilitate open communication with caregivers
- Implement individualized life skills training
- Provide emotional support and crisis intervention
- Document progress and incidents regularly

Requirements:
- Relevant diploma in human/social services
- At least six months of related experience
- Strong conflict resolution and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 or 7N B.C. Driver's License
- Basic First Aid certification or readiness to obtain
