Responsibilities

- Prepare and serve a variety of cocktails, beverages, and non-alcoholic drinks according to established recipes and guest preferences
- Engage with guests in a friendly, skilled manner to enhance their overall experience
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the bar area, ensuring compliance with food safety and sanitation standards
- Manage cash handling and POS (Point of Sale) transactions accurately using Micros POS or similar systems
- Restock bar supplies, garnishes, glassware, and ingredients efficiently to meet demand during busy hours




- Monitor guest consumption responsibly and promote responsible drinking practices
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth service flow and uphold high standards of hospitality

Skills

- Proven experience in bartending or food service within a restaurant or hospitality setting
- Strong knowledge of POS systems such as Micros POS and cash handling procedures
- Excellent customer service skills with the ability to connect with diverse guests
- Effective time management skills to handle multiple orders quickly during peak times
- Knowledge of food safety regulations and proper food handling techniques
- Basic math skills for accurate cashiering, measuring ingredients, and making change
- Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail
