Cardero’s is looking for a reliable, hardworking Dishwashers to join our busy restaurant team. If you take pride in keeping things clean, work well under pressure, and enjoy being part of a fast-paced team, we’d love to meet you.

What you’ll do:
Keep dishes, glassware, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment clean and ready to go
Assist with light prep duties
Maintain a clean, organized, and safe dish area
Support cooks and front-of-house staff throughout service
Follow proper sanitation and food-safety practices
Help keep the kitchen running smoothly during busy periods

Strong work ethic and a willingness to learn
Ability to work efficiently in a quick-paced workplace
Comfortable being on your feet and handling a physically active role
Previous restaurant experience is an asset, but enthusiasm and reliability matter most
