The ideal candidate has experience in a manufacturing or technical environment- preferably within the Printed Circuit Board (PCB) industry and demonstrates solid analytical skills, attention to detail, and customer focus. On-the-job training is available for candidates who demonstrate the aptitude and willingness to learn how to interpret fabrication drawings, Gerber files, and customer specifications.Key ResponsibilitiesReview and interpret customer drawings, specifications, and technical documentationPrepare detailed and accurate quotations in response to customer RFQsEnsure quotes align with established pricing strategies and internal costing dataRespond promptly to customer inquiries to support on-time quote delivery and customer satisfactionCommunicate with customers to clarify specifications, lead times, and technical requirements as neededMaintain and update customer profiles and records within internal systemsCollaborate with Production Planning, Sales, Customer Service, Purchasing, and Engineering to validate quotation inputsSupport Customer Service and Pre-Engineering teams as requiredParticipate in continuous improvement initiatives related to quotation tools, processes,
