Job Type: Full-time and permanent Company operating name: Calgary Granite & Marble Business address: Street SE Calgary AB T2G 3R5 Salary: $27/hour, 40 hours per week Duties and responsibilities: Transport Stone countertops to specific job sitesInstall granite or quartz countertops efficiently and professionally, make sure that all seams are tight and fixtures are properly installed,



and ensure that they meet company standards.Read blueprints and work order specifications to determine layout and installation proceduresMeasure and mark guidelines to be used for installationsOperate blade or wire saws to cut blocks of stone to specified dimensionsClean up the work site after installationTroubleshoot and resolve installation issues as requiredWork in a protected manner that complies with the company’s safety guidelines Requirements: Some secondary school education is required7 to 12 months of experience in polishing, stone finishing and installation experienceHardworking, able to work long hoursWilling to go out of town when neededMust be able to lift 50+ poundsPunctual, reliable, and teamwork-mindedAttention to detail and willing to learnAble to work in a fast-paced environmentHave a valid driver’s license is an assetAble to speak Vietnamese is an asset Got a question?
