Drive efficiency in clinical documentation with IntelliBee as an Epic Trainer. You will develop effective training programs that improve providers’ documentation capabilities and optimize patient care.
As a Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer, you will leverage your Epic certification to craft training curriculums and materials. This role combines instructor-led training with collaboration alongside IT and informatics experts to continuously enhance documentation workflows and processes across the organization.
Key Responsibilities:
• Create and deliver training for clinical documentation workflows
• Support users through coaching and ongoing assistance
• Ensure content meets organization-wide standards and regulations




• Collect and analyze feedback to improve training effectiveness
• Collaborate in governance structures for documentation issues
Requirements:
• Certified Clinical Documentation Principal Trainer from Epic (5 years required)
• Robust capability to work independently and manage training
• Experience in clinical documentation improvement processes
• Understanding of regulatory compliance standards preferred
• Experienced in large EHR implementations and upgrades
