and continuity schedules in line with accounting standardsSupport quarterly reviews and year-end audits by preparing analysis and working papers for auditor requestsAssist with year-end income tax deliverables, including legal entity financial statementsSupport cash management, including coordinating electronic payment setup and approvals for acquisitions and operating expensesContribute to the Monthly Finance Report, Quarterly Financial Statements, MD&A, and other public filing materialsAssist with the annual budget process and periodic forecastingSupport ad-hoc projects such as acquisition due diligence, process improvements, and system upgradesWhat You BringUndergraduate degree in accounting or financeActively working towards CPA designation is considered a strong asset1-3years' of related accounting experience, or equivalent co-op/internship experienceReal estate or REIT experienceis an assetExposure to Yardi, Workiva, or other ERP systems is an assetStrong Microsoft Excel skills; proficiency with the broader Microsoft Office suiteA proactive, high-energy self-starter who enjoys collaborating across teams and thrives in a dynamic environment
